Material For Bhatoore


  • 500 gms of flour
  • 100 gms of semolina
  • Curd half cup
  • Salt taste

  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon

Material For Chole 


  • Kabuli gram one bowl or 150 grams
  • Food soda half a spoon
  • Tomato 3-4 medium size
  • Green chilli
  • One teaspoon ginger paste
  • Refined oil 2 teaspoons
  • Cumin seeds half teaspoon coriander powder one teaspoon
  • Red chili powder less than one quarter teaspoon
  • Garam Masala


Method 


Procees of Making Bhatoore


  1. Filter out the maida and semolina in a vessel, make a place in the middle of the flour, add 2 teaspoons of oil, salt, baking powder, curd and sugar in it and mix all these things in this place.
  2. Take soft dough knead with lukewarm water. Cover the kneaded dough for 2 hours in a closed wardrobe or some hot place.
  3. Put oil in a pan and heat it. Remove the dough equal to one spoon flour from kneading flour. Make a loin and roam like a full, but it goes a little bit thick.
  4. Put the whole oil in hot oil, press it with the peel, flame till both turn and turn light brown until it becomes brown.

  1. Keep chan soaked in water overnight. Remove from the water and wash the chains, put it in the cooker. Mix a small glass of water, salt and soda. Then put it to boil on the gas.
