Method
Procees of Making Bhatoore
- Filter out the maida and semolina in a vessel, make a place in the middle of the flour, add 2 teaspoons of oil, salt, baking powder, curd and sugar in it and mix all these things in this place.
- Take soft dough knead with lukewarm water. Cover the kneaded dough for 2 hours in a closed wardrobe or some hot place.
- Put oil in a pan and heat it. Remove the dough equal to one spoon flour from kneading flour. Make a loin and roam like a full, but it goes a little bit thick.
- Put the whole oil in hot oil, press it with the peel, flame till both turn and turn light brown until it becomes brown.
